Introducing Sasha
It's my belief that how you feel in your body and move through the day is equally, if not more important than how you look or the number on the scales. Many people share a story like mine. The years slip by, your body starts changing for seemingly no reason and the overwhelming information available is more confusing than helpful. My curiosity and love of learning got the better of me and I started studying nutrition. Who would have thought there is something to that old saying “you are what you eat”, but there is so much more to it! Before I finished my studies I started thinking about how great it would be if I could help people improve their health and wellness, help them prevent developing chronic illnesses and have a positive impact on someone's life. This was the beginning of Creating Your Wellness.
